What are ticket prices?
Regular guest tickets: $50 online
Hawthorne Teachers and Staff Member tickets: $30
At the door tickets: $60 per person
What is included with the ticket cost?
Food: light fare and hors d'oeuvres, dessert
Drinks: alcoholic beverages (wine, beer, signature cocktail), non-alcoholic beverages
Entertainment: dancing (DJ), live auction, fun dedicated photographer
Casino games: roulette, craps, blackjack, 3 card poker

Are there accommodations for special accessibility needs?
There is a wheelchair accessible ramp and handicap restroom stalls.
Is there a dress code for the event? What attire is recommended?
Please wear whatever will make you feel the most comfortable and festive! There is no set dress code and any attire is welcome. That said, we fully encourage all extravagant ensembles and casino-inspired outfits for the night.
What will the event agenda be?
The event begins at 6pm with a buffet, open bar, casino and cash games.
Throughout the evening we will have announcements from the DJ, optional cash games like the Wine Pull, Plinko, Money Tree, Balloon Bust, Reverse Auction, 50/50 Raffle.
The entire event will conclude at 10pm.
We welcome anyone who is able to stay for event breakdown and cleanup assistance from 10pm-11pm.
How will the auction and bidding work?
Online Items: Almost all of our items will be available to be bid online starting November 3.
In-person live auction items: A handful of items will be available for bidding during our in-person event on November 9.
What casino games will be there? (play included with ticket)

2 Blackjack tables
if enough tickets are sold, we can get another table!
What cash games are also available?
Wine Pull
Wine Pull: $20 a card—take a chance, draw your prize bottle!
50/50 Raffle
Low-Stakes 50/50 Raffle: Get in the game for just $5—50% to the winner, 50% to the Foundation. Lady Luck could be on your side!
Mid-Stakes 50/50 Raffle: Bet $10 for a chance to win half the pot—50% to the lucky winner, 50% to the Foundation. Will fortune favor you tonight?
High Rollers' 50/50 Raffle — Bet $20 on the big payout—50% to the winner, 50% to the Foundation. The jackpot’s waiting, will you hit it big?
Reverse Auction
Last Name Standing: The final name called takes home the jackpot! Buy in for $10 and watch the excitement build—will your name be the lucky one?
Money Tree
Money Tree: Pick an envelope and shake the branches! Will you uncover $2 or snag the $50 prize? Buy in for just $10 and see what fortune has in store!
Balloon Bust
Balloon Bust: Take your shot—pick a balloon, pop it, and reveal your prize! Buy in for $10 and let the fun begin—will you score the grand prize or bust?

Will there be prizes?
Yes! Prizes for cash games and for most chips at the end of the night for the table games.
How am I able to bid for items?
In order to register to bid, you must go to the auction website https://givebutter.com/c/hescasinonight2024/auction
Click the "Register to Bid" button on the right. You enter in your information and credit card information.
For each category, don't forget to click "View all items" to make sure you see all the items in each category.
What are the types of auction items/categories that will be available?
Auction packages range in category and price.
We will have a spring online only auction that will include more of the following:
Camps and After School Programs (tutoring, ballet, soccer, art classes)
Wine and Dine (restaurant gift cards, wine tastings, cooking classes)
Entertainment (Improv tickets, memorabilia)
Services (financial planning, organization)
Attractions & Vacations (zoo, amusement parks, museum passes)
