More about the Hawthorne Elementary Auction
What is it? An auction with items that are donated by classes, parents, teachers, local businesses, and corporate sponsors. Whether in-person or online, all proceeds go directly to the Foundation.
How does it work? Auction volunteers secure, inventory, and organize donated items. Parents, families, friends, teachers, community members, etc. all bid on the items. Highest bid wins at the auction end time and are delivered accordingly.
Who benefits? Hawthorne Elementary School community wins by using the proceeds to elevate the education we are able to provide its students to a superior academic experience, which cannot be done with the district budget alone.
